人工髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的预防护理

摘要
目的:研究人工髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的预防护理干预措施与效果。方法:病例样本为2017年1月至2020年1月海安市人民医院收治的76例人工髋、膝关节置换术患者,分组方式为随机数字表法,平均划分为2组:研究组和对照组,两组样本量保持一致(n=38),对照组患者护理方案为常规基础护理,研究组患者护理方案为深静脉血栓预防性护理干预,研究比较组间护理效果。结果:评估组间术后早期活动、便秘、输血患者例数及住院时间,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。评估组间深静脉血栓发生率,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。评估组间护理满意度,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将深静脉血栓预防性护理干预应用于人工髋、膝关节置换术护理中可有效预防深静脉血栓形成,值得临床推广应用。

Preventive nursing of deep venous thrombosis after artificial hip and knee joint replacement

Abstract
Objective: To study the preventive nursing interventions and effects of deep venous thrombosis after artificial hip and knee joint replacement. Methods: The case samples were 76 patients undergoing hip and knee replacements treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020. The grouping method was a random number table method, which was divided into two groups, namely the study group and the control group. Group, the sample size of the two groups remained the same (n=38), the patient’s nursing program in the control group was routine basic nursing, the patient's nursing program in the study group was deep vein thromboprophylaxis intervention, and the nursing effect between the groups was studied and compared. Results: The number of early postoperative activities, constipation, blood transfusion patients and hospital stay between the groups were evaluated. The study group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of deep venous thrombosis between groups was evaluated, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction among the groups was evaluated, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of prophylactic nursing intervention for deep vein thrombosis in the nursing of artificial hip and knee arthroplasty can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis, which is worthy of clinical application.
