白细胞介素-5在贲门癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-5在贲门癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集庐江县人民医院43例手术切除的贲门癌组织和相应癌旁组织标本,免疫组织化学检测上述标本中IL-5的表达,分析其与贲门癌患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果:与癌旁组织相比,贲门癌组织中IL-5的表达显著上调(阳性表达率分别为74.4% vs 37.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贲门癌组织IL-5高表达与贲门癌患者的TNM分期(P=0.029)、分化程度(P=0.011)和淋巴结转移(P=0.020)相关,而与性别(P=0.755)、年龄(P=0.795)、肿瘤大小(P=0.511)、远处转移(P=0.781)、吸烟史(P=0.133)和饮酒史(P=0.545)无关;Cox风险回归模型结果显示:IL-5、TNM分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移与预后有关。结论:IL-5在贲门癌组织中高表达,可作为贲门癌预后评估的指标之一。

Expression of interleukin-5 in cardiac cancer and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of interleukin (IL)-5 in gastric cardia cancer. Methods: Forty-three eases of gastric cardia cancer tissue and corresponding paracancerous tissues were collected, and the expression of IL-5 in specimen above were detected by immunohistochemical analysis. The relationship between expression of IL-5 and clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with gastric cardia cancer was analyzed. Results: Compared with adjacent mucous membrane tissues, the expression of IL-5 were significantly increased in tissues of gastric cardia cancer (positive expression rate was 74.4% vs 37.2%, P<0.05). The expression of IL-5 in gastric cardia cancer tissues was related with tumor TNM staging (P=0.029), differentiation degree (P=0.011) and lymph node metastasis (P=0.020), which was not related with gender (P=0.755), age (P=0.795), tumor diameter (P=0.133), distant metastasis (P=0.545), smoking history (P=0.133), and drinking history (P=0.545). Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that IL-5, tumor TNM stage, differentiation degree and lymph node were associated with prognosis. Conclusion: The expression of IL-5 was up-regulated in gastric cardia cancer tissues and may contribute to predict the prognosis of gastric cardia cancer.
