乳腺癌术后疼痛管理的研究进展

摘要
乳腺癌作为女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和恶性率也在逐渐增高。尽管乳腺癌的治疗方式多种多样，但外科手术治疗仍是主流方式，因此寻找更加有效的术后疼痛管理模式十分必要。本文将从静脉镇痛、局部镇痛、区域镇痛、椎管内麻醉、加速康复外科和多模式镇痛等方面详细阐述乳腺癌术后疼痛管理的研究进展，旨在为临床提供理论依据。

Abstract
As one of the most common malignant tumors in women, the incidence and malignant rate of breast cancer are increasing gradually. Although there are various treatments for breast cancer, surgical treatment is still the mainstream method, so it is necessary to find a more effective postoperative pain management model. This paper will elaborate on the research progress of postoperative pain management in breast cancer from the aspects of intravenous analgesia, local labor pain, regional analgesia, intraspinal anesthesia, accelerated rehabilitation surgery and multi-mode analgesia, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
