Objective: To illustrate the method of super-pulse CO₂ point lattice laser to treat patients with facial depression acne scars and discuss the curative effect and clinical value. Methods: A total of 130 patients with facial depression acne scars in Chinese Medical Hospital of Wuxi from July 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated with the traditional treatment while the observation group was treated with super-pulse CO₂ point lattice laser. The differences and curative effects of two groups were analyzed and discussed. At the same time the untoward reactions were observed after curation. The probability of occurrence would be compared and researched. Results: After the Super-pulse CO₂ point lattice laser treatment, the effect of the control group was better (P<0.5). Before admission the basic circumstances of two groups were similar (P>0.05), and both became better after curation. The observation group scores of scars color was 2.24±0.18, the area of scars was 2.58±0.31 and the scars depression was 3.13±0.29, which were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Severe untoward reactions were occurred and the probability differences of occurrence were not significant between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Super-pulse CO₂ point lattice laser is a better choice for facial depression acne scars patients, which could cure effectively the facial scars safely and fit for promotion in clinical application.
