孢子丝菌病的临床表现与组织病理学的研究进展

摘要
孢子丝菌病是由申克孢子丝菌复合体感染皮肤、黏膜、局部淋巴系统的慢性感染性的人畜共患疾病，可表现为结节、溃疡、浸润斑块等慢性皮炎。孢子丝菌病的组织病理主要表现为混合炎细胞浸润的慢性肉芽肿性改变，深入学习其临床表现与组织病理学特点，可以使我们更好地认识孢子丝菌病，同时更好地指导临床诊断。

Abstract
Sporotrichosis is chronic infectious zoonotic disease caused by Sporothrix schenckii complex which Invading the skin, mucous membranes, and lymphatic system. It can be characterized by chronic dermatitis such as nodules, ulcers, and infiltrating plaque. The histopathology of sporotrichosis is mainly characterized by mixed inflammatory cell infiltration and chronic granulomatous changes. We can understand sporotrichosis and guide clinical diagnosis better by in-depth study of its clinical manifestations and histopathological.
