摘要

肥厚型心肌病是导致青少年心源性猝死的首要原因,其主要病理变化是发生了心肌肥厚,目前尚无有效的治疗手段。虽然心脏能够利用所有种类的底物,包括碳水化合物、脂类、氨基酸和酮体来提供能量,但它的底物选择在整个生命周期以及生理和病理状态下都会发生变化。代谢的灵活性使得心脏能够适应环境的变化,但在心肌肥厚的心脏中,底物选择的变化可能是有害也有可能是有益的。

Abstract

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the leading cause of sudden cardiac death in adolescents. The main pathological change is cardiac hypertrophy. There is no effective treatment. Although the heart is able to provide energy using all kinds of substrates, including carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids, and ketone bodies, its substrate selection changes throughout the life cycle as well as under physiological and pathological conditions. Metabolic flexibility allows the heart to adapt to changes in the environment, but in cardiac hypertrophied hearts, changes in substrate selection may be harmful or potentially beneficial. This article will review the changes in myocardial cell energy metabolism during cardiac hypertrophy.
