促红细胞生成素在多种贫血中的临床意义

摘要
促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin，EPO)在医学中应用范围极广，在贫血、组织断离、早产儿、癌症和血液学等方面均有良好的应用价值，尤其在多种贫血的鉴别方面更是如此。对EPO在缺铁性贫血、巨幼细胞性贫血和再生障碍性贫血等各种贫血中的临床应用情况进行分析与研究将为EPO在这些疾病中的临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract
Erythropoietin (EPO) is widely used in medicine and has good application value in anemia, tissue detachment, premature babies, cancer and hematology, especially in the identification of various anemias. Analysis and research on the clinical application of EPO in various anemias such as iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia and aplastic anemia will provide theoretical basis for its clinical application in these diseases.
