摘要

目的:探讨长链非编码RNA MALAT1在EGFR突变肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集福建省肿瘤医院2015年6月到2018年6月进行外科手术的47例非小细胞肺癌病例(癌组织和癌旁组织),通过实时荧光定量PCR分析lncRNA MALAT1表达情况,通过多因素分析,研究lncRNA MALAT1表达对肺癌发生发展影响。分析EGFR基因突变情况,探讨lnc MALAT1与EGFR基因突变的相关性及其在肺癌中的意义。结果:肺癌病例中癌组织的lncRNA MALAT1表达量高于癌旁组织(P=0.0263),lncRNA MALAT1表达量与淋巴结转移有显著相关(P=0.0275);lncRNA MALAT1表达量与EGFR突变无相关。结论:LncRNA MALAT1可能作为原癌基因,参与肺癌的发生发展,lncRNA MALAT1与肿瘤转移有密切关系,可能作为肺癌预后判断指标。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) MALAT1 in EGFR mutantion lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: We collected 47 cases of non-small cell lung cancer, and analyse the expression of lncRNA MALAT1 by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, through multivariate analysis, to study the effect of LncRNA MALAT1 expression on the occurrence and development of lung cancer. We analyzed of EGFR gene mutation, to explore the correlation between lnc MALAT1 and EGFR gene mutation and its significance in lung cancer. Results: The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues (P=0.0263). The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P=0.0275). There was no correlation between the expression of lncRNA MALAT1 and EGFR mutation. Conclusion: LncRNA MALAT1 may be a proto-oncogene involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. LncRNA MALAT1 is closely related to the metastasis of lung cancer and may be used as a prognostic indicator of lung cancer.
