全身麻醉诱导期无通气安全时限的研究进展

摘要
无通气安全时限(duration of non-hypoxic apnoea)是指全麻诱导期麻醉医师进行气管插管的安全时间。对历年来无通气安全时限的相关研究进行概述。既往研究发现无通气安全时限受到患者体重及诱导时通气方式、体位、人工气道工具等因素的影响。未来在如何延长全麻诱导期无通气安全时限方面值得我们进一步深入研究。

Abstract
The duration of non-hypoxic apnoea is a safe time for anesthesiologists to perform endotracheal intubation during induction of general anesthesia. Previous studies have found that the duration of non-hypoxic apnoea is affected by factors such as the patient’s weight, the ventilation mode, position and artificial airway tool at the time of induction. In the future, it is worthwhile to further study how to extend the duration of non-hypoxic apnoea during induction of general anesthesia.
