摘要

他莫昔芬是乳腺癌治疗的一线药物，服药过程中部分女性会出现子宫内膜病变，甚至癌变，很多学者在作用机制及内膜组织病变方面进行了研究，为预防他莫昔芬相关的子宫内膜病变的临床治疗提供了新的方向。

Abstract

Tamoxifen is a first-line drug in the treatment of breast cancer. During the taking medicine, some women have endometrial lesions, even carcinogenesis. Many scholars have studied the mechanism of action and the pathological changes of endometrial tissue to prevent the clinical treatment of tamoxifen related endometrial lesions.
