摘要

回顾性分析1例假性血小板减少症的患者，了解冷凝集所导致的单纯假性血小板症的发生、识别以及避免措施，同时应与其他假性血小板减少相鉴别。临床上应结合患者的具体临床表现，进一步检查明确该病，避免不必要治疗及误诊。

Abstract

A case of pseudothrombocytopenia was retrospectively analyzed to understand the occurrence, identification and avoidance of the simple pseudothrombocytopenia caused by cold agglutination, and to differentiate it from other pseudothrombocytopenia. In clinical practice, the clinical diagnosis should be combined with the patient’s specific clinical manifestation to further examine and clarify the disease. And the unnecessary treatment and misdiagnosis should to be avoid.
