骨膜蛋白在各系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要
骨膜蛋白是一种外基质蛋白，分子质量约为90 kD，表达于人体多种组织器官及体液成分中，其参与不同疾病发病机制的病理生理过程。骨膜蛋白亦是一种分泌型蛋白质，可作为新型生物标志物，有望成为疾病诊断与治疗的监测指标。

Abstract
Peiostin, a kind of matricellular protein, molecular weight of 90 kD, which can be expressed in various tissues, organs and body fluids, and participates in pathophysiological pathogenesis process of different diseases. Periostin as a secreted protein that can be used as a novel biomarker, is promising to be an indicator for disease diagnosis and treatment.
