Notch3 在非肿瘤性肾病中作用机制的研究进展

摘要
Notch受体属于表皮细胞生长因子样家族的跨膜蛋白,广泛表达于细胞表面且呈高度保守,其与相邻细胞的配体相结合后参与多种细胞生命活动及器官发育。其中,Notch3受体在多种肾小球疾病、肾小管-间质疾病以及肾小球硬化或肾纤维化过程中呈显著活化,通过经典或非经典信号通路参与疾病的发生与发展。

Abstract
Notch receptors are transmembrane proteins of the epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like families. They are widely expressed on the cell surface and highly conserved. Notch receptors modulate various cell life activities and organ development after binding to ligands of adjacent cells. Among them, Notch3 is significantly activated in various glomerular diseases, renal tubulointerstitial diseases, glomerulosclerosis or renal fibrosis, and participates in the development of kidney diseases through its canonical or non-canonical signaling pathways.
