Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of health management under Internet + medical treatment background on quality of life and blood pressure control of young patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 100 patients with hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group (50 cases of each) according to the random number table method. The control group was given health management model under medical treatment background, and the observation group was given Internet intervention on the basis of control group, and the two groups were intervened for 12 months. The awareness of hypertension-related knowledge, self-management ability, blood pressure, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The awareness rate of hypertension-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The self-management ability score in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health management under Internet + medical treatment background can improve the quality of life and enhance blood pressure control in young patients with hypertension.
