摘要

近年来,碳青霉烯类抗生素的广泛应用导致耐碳青霉烯类抗生素大肠杆菌的出现且不断传播,其耐药性的产生导致疾病的治疗难度加大,甚至造成患者死亡。其耐药机制可能有以下几种:碳青霉烯酶的产生、外膜孔蛋白的缺失以及外排泵活动的增强。本文通过对耐碳青霉烯类药物大肠杆菌的感染现状及上述耐药机制的研究现状进行综述,以帮助医护人员对耐碳青霉烯类药物大肠杆菌有更加深入的了解。

Abstract

In recent years, the widely use of carbapenem antibiotics has led to the emergence and spread of carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli. The emergence of drug resistance increases the difficulty in the treatment of diseases and even leads to death of patients. The mechanisms of drug resistance may be as follows: production of carbapenemases, loss of the outer membrane porin and enhancement of efflux pump. This article summarized the current situation of infection and resistance mechanisms of carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli, in order to help medical workers gain a deeper understanding.
