摘要

原发性肝癌(primar y hepatocellular carcinoma，PHC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，其危害性较大。针对PHC的药物研发，对于肝癌的防治具有重要意义。近年来研究发现，糖尿病患者使用二甲双胍后，其PHC发病率下降。因此，二甲双胍对于PHC具有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract

Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) is a common malignant tumor with greater harmfulness. The research and development of drugs against PHC is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of PHC. Studies in recent years have found that the incidence of PHC in diabetic patients treated with metformin was decreased. Therefore, metformin has certain therapeutic and preventive effects on PHC.
