纳米碳在甲状腺癌手术中保护甲状旁腺的应用

摘要
甲状腺癌的发病率逐年升高,手术治疗仍是其主要治疗手段,术中甲状旁腺的保护仍是外科手术治疗的主要问题之一。纳米碳淋巴示踪可以准确定位甲状腺及其周边淋巴结,对甲状旁腺的负显影作用可有效保护甲状旁腺,从而降低甲状旁腺误切率。近年来,纳米碳因其众多优点在甲状腺癌再次手术及腔镜甲状腺癌手术中均有所应用。

Abstract
The incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year, and surgical treatment is still the main treatment. The protection of intraoperative parathyroid gland is still one of the main problems in surgical treatment. The nanocarbon lymphatic tracer can accurately locate the thyroid and its peripheral lymph nodes, and the negative development of the parathyroid glands can effectively protect the parathyroid glands, thereby reducing the rate of parathyroidism. In recent years, nanocarbon has been used in thyroid cancer reoperation and laparoscopic thyroid cancer surgery because of its many advantages. This paper gives a brief review of the application progress of nanocarbon in the protection of parathyroid glands during thyroid cancer surgery.
