转化生长因子β1 与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要
转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1，TGF-β1)是TGF-β超家族成员之一，是调节细胞生长、促进组织纤维化的重要细胞因子。研究发现TGF-β1多在血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞、造血细胞和巨噬细胞中表达，在高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭、心房纤颤等众多心血管疾病中起至关重要的作用。

Abstract
Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) is a member of the TGF-β superfamily and is an important cytokine that regulates cell growth and promotes tissue fibrosis. It has been found that TGF-β1 is expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, hematopoietic and macrophages cells, and plays a very important role in many cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
