摘要
前列腺癌(prostate cancer，PCa)是男性泌尿系统常见恶性肿瘤，我国PCa发病率低于欧美等发达国家，但呈逐年增长的趋势。PCa正严重影响着我国男性患者的健康。近年来随着对PCa发病机制的深入认识，许多新药应用于临床并改善了PCa的预后。

Abstract
Prostate cancer is common malignant tumors of the male urinary system. It is the most common malignant tumor in men in developed countries. The incidence of prostate cancer in China is lower than that in developed countries such as Europe and America, but it is increasing year by year. Prostate cancer is seriously affecting the health of male patients in China. In recent years, with the understanding of the pathogenesis of prostate cancer, many new drugs have appeared in the clinic and improved the prognosis of prostate cancer.
