深刺八髎穴结合灸关元穴、中极穴治疗术后尿失禁1例

摘要
尿失禁是泌尿系统常见病和多发病，临床上除功能锻炼、药物治疗、生物反馈及手术等治疗外，针灸治疗简、便、廉、验，为不可或缺的治疗方法。本案1例患者因子宫脱垂手术后出现尿失禁，住院期间行多种方法治疗未见好转，经采用深刺八髎穴结合灸关元、中极穴方法治疗，疗效显著。

Abstract
Urinary incontinence is a common and frequent disease of the urinary system. Acupuncture and moxibustion is an indispensable treatment for simple, inexpensive and practical treatment. This patient occurred urinary incontience after uterine prolapse operation and received the treatment of deep acupuncture Baliao point combined with moxibustion on Guanyuan point and Zhongji point treatment in hospital. The curative effect was remarkable.
