运动锻炼对正常人眼压影响的Meta分析

摘要

目的:评价运动锻炼对正常人眼压的影响。方法:检索EMbase,PubMed,Cochrane图书馆、JBI循证护理中心图书馆、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库等资源,收集运动锻炼对眼压影响的相关研究,采用RevMan5.1软件进行统计处理。结果:纳入文献11篇,均为类实验研究。Meta分析结果显示运动锻炼明显降低眼压,合并效应有统计学意义(MD=−2.04,95%CI −2.98~−1.09,P<0.01),且运动结束后不同休息时间测量对眼压的影响差异具有统计学意义(MD=1.62,95%CI 0.36~2.88,P=0.01)。而运动强度、运动时间长短对眼压影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运动锻炼可以降低眼压,预防和减少并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effect of exercise interventions on the reduction of intraocular pressure of normal person. Methods: The relevant randomized controlled trials, quasi-experiment studies, cohort studies were searched in the databases of PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, JBI library, CBM and CNKI. Data were analyzed with RevMan 5.1 software. Results: Eleven quasi-experiment studies were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that exercise was associated with reduction in ocular tension (MD=−2.04, 95%CI −2.98 to −1.09, P<0.01) and the time to measure the IOP after exercise (MD=1.62, 95%CI 0.36–2.88, P=0.01). No significant difference was found on the intensity and duration of the exercise. Conclusion: Exercise can reduce the ocular pressure and decline incidents of complications caused by the ocular hypertension.
