LIFR 和MMP12 在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨白血病抑制因子受体(leukemia inhibitory factor receptor,LIFR)、基质金属蛋白酶12(matrix metalloproteinase 12,MMP12)在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:以免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测胆囊癌及癌旁正常胆囊组织(各50例)的LIFR和MMP12的表达情况。结果:LIFR,MMP12在胆囊癌中表达的阳性率分别为38.0%,36.0%,在癌旁正常胆囊组织中表达的阳性率为82.0%,86.0%;III~IV期胆囊癌LIFR,MMP12的阳性表达率为17.9%,17.9%,I~II期胆囊癌LIFR,MMP12的阳性表达率为63.6%,59.1%;有淋巴结转移的胆囊癌LIFR,MMP12的阳性表达率为14.8%,11.1%,无淋巴转移的胆囊癌LIFR,MMP12的阳性表达率为65.2%,65.2%。结论:LIFR,MMP12在胆囊癌中的表达水平显著低于癌旁正常胆囊组织;LIFR,MMP12在III~IV期胆囊癌的表达水平低于I~II期胆囊癌,在有淋巴结转移的胆囊癌中的表达水平低于无淋巴结转移者。LIFR,MMP12表达水平的下降在胆囊癌的发生、发展及转移过程中可能起重要作用。

Expressions of LIFR and MMP12 in gallbladder carcinoma and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR), matrix metalloproteinase 12 (MMP12) in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining methods (EnVision) were used to detect the expressions of LIFR, and MMP12 in gallbladder carcinoma and the matched normal gallbladder lesion cases (50 cases for each). Results: The expressions of LIFR, MMP12 were identified in 38.0%, 36.0% of gallbladder carcinoma cases, and 82.0%, 86.0% of matched normal gallbladder lesion cases. Among the 50 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, the expressions of LIFR, MMP12 were identified in 17.9%, 17.9% of stage III–IV gallbladder carcinoma, and 63.6%, 59.1% of stage I–II gallbladder carcinoma; the expressions of LIFR, MMP12 were identified in 14.8%, 11.1% of gallbladder carcinoma combined lymph node metastases, and 65.2%, 65.2% of gallbladder carcinoma without lymph node metastases. Conclusion: The expressions of LIFR, MMP12 in gallbladder carcinoma were significantly lower than those in matched normal gallbladder lesions. Expressions of LIFR and MMP12 in stage III–IV gallbladder carcinoma were lower than those in stage I–II gallbladder carcinoma. Expressions of LIFR and MMP12 in gallbladder carcinoma combined lymph node metastases were lower than those in gallbladder carcinoma without lymph node metastases. The lower expressions of LIFR, MMP12 may play an important role in the fields of occurrence, development and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.
