重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后吞咽障碍治疗中的研究进展

摘要
吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症，是导致卒中后死亡的独立危险因素之一。吞咽功能障碍严重 影响患者的营养摄取、疾病康复及生存质量，增加家庭及社会的负担。重复经颅磁刺激是一种非 侵入性治疗手段，能通过神经重塑促进患者神经功能的恢复，进而改善患者吞咽功能，具有无 痛、简便快捷、相对安全等优点。

Abstract
Dysphagia is one of the most common complications after stroke, and it is an independent risk factor of death. Dysphagia seriously affects the nutrition intaking, disease rehabilitation and the quality of life, and increases the burden of family and society. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a non-invasive treatment, which can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve swallowing function through neural remodeling and has the advantages of painless, simple and safety.
