摘要

回顾性分析1例假性血小板减少症患者在诊治过程中出现治疗相关性脑梗死，并复习相关文献。了解EDTA依赖性假性血小板症发生机制、鉴别诊断以及避免因误诊导致的不必要治疗，进一步认识EDTA依赖性假性血小板症。

Abstract

One case of pseudothrombocytopenia in patients with treatment-related cerebral infarction in the diagnosis and treatment process was retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Investigate the pathogenesis, differential diagnosis of EDTA dependent pseudothrombocytopenia and the avoidance of unnecessary treatment due to misdiagnosis and further recognize EDTA dependent pseudothrombocytopenia.
