摘要
Notch信号通路是一个在进化过程中高度保守的信号通路,参与大部分无脊椎动物和脊椎动物的配体分化发育,该信号通路是通过细胞之间的直接接触发挥作用,调控机体的细胞识别、凋亡、增殖和分化。近年来,Notch信号通路与许多疾病的发生发展关系已成为研究热点之一。

Abstract
Notch signal pathway is the one which is highly conservative in evolution, it involves in ligand differentiation and development of most invertebrates and vertebrates. Notch signal pathway works through direct contact between cells, which regulates and controls the recognition, apoptosis, proliferation and differentiation of many cell bodies. In recent years, Notch signal pathway is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases, which becomes one of the research hotspots.
