糖尿病神经病变治疗新进展

摘要
糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症之一，目前的治疗手段是在控制好血糖的前提下，进行修复神经、改善循环、纠正代谢紊乱、抗氧化应激等治疗，从而降低和延缓糖尿病神经病变的发生发展。随着对糖尿病神经病变机制研究的深入，糖尿病神经病变的治疗也取得新进展。

Abstract
Diabetic neuropathy is one of the complications of diabetes, the drug treatment involves the repaired nerves, improvement of microcirculatory disturbance, correcting metabolic disorder, against oxidative stress. With the deepening of the research on mechanism of diabetic neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy treatment also has a new progress.
