摘要

肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma，RCC)转移具有多样性，转移部位常见于肺、肝、骨，转移至鼻窦者相对少见，转移至额窦者则罕见。1例肾癌额窦转移患者反复3次手术治疗额窦转移灶的不足之处，总结肾癌额窦转移的特点及治疗方法。

Abstract

The metastases of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) are diverse, common sites of metastases including the lung, liver, bone. Metastases of RCC in paranasal sinus are relatively rare, but really rare in frontal sinus. We collected complete clinical data of a patient with metastasis in the frontal sinus from RCC and review relevant literature, to analyze the deficiencies in his repeated 3 surgeries for metastasis in the frontal sinus and summarize the characteristics and treatment of metastatic RCC in frontal sinus.
