心肺运动试验在2型糖尿病患者心肺康复中的应用研究进展

摘要
心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise test，CPET)在评估患者运动能力、制定心肺康复运动处方、评价康复效果及预后预测等方面具有独特优势，心肺康复在2型糖尿病二级预防中的作用越来越得到临床医师的重视。CPET在2型糖尿病患者心肺康复中的应用，包括CPET的基础理论、评估糖尿病运动风险的必要性、应用于糖尿病运动评估的安全性、客观定量评估糖尿病整体功能、精准指导制定个体化运动处方、评定心肺运动康复治疗效果和预测预估2型糖尿病患者心肺功能，可引起临床医师对2型糖尿病患者心肺康复，更好地应用CPET指导2型糖尿病患者心肺运动康复及强调糖尿病患者整体健康管理。

Abstract
The role of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in secondary prevention in patients with type 2 diabetes is getting more and more attention from clinicians. Cardiopulmonary exercise test has a unique advantage in exercise capacity evaluation, exercise prescription formulation, exercise effect and prognosis evaluation. The progress of cardiopulmonary exercise test in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation among patients with type 2 diabetes, includes basic theory of cardiopulmonary exercise test, necessity of assessing the risk of exercise, safety of diabetes exercise assessment, objective and quantitative holistic function assessment, precise formulation of individualized exercise prescription, exercise rehabilitation efficacy evaluation, prognosis estimation. To cause the attention of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in patients with type 2 diabetes, better apply cardiopulmonary exercise testing to guide cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation and emphasize the holistic health management.
