医用臭氧水应用于皮肌炎伴皮肤破溃患者的效果

摘要
目的:研究应用医用臭氧水治疗皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)伴皮肤破溃患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年4月至2017年9月中南大学湘雅医院风湿免疫科住院的56例有皮肤破溃的DM患者,随机分为实验组(30例)及对照组(26 例)。对照组应用络合碘消毒待干+无菌生理盐水清洗+纳米银凝胶涂擦(30 min/次,2次/d)对DM患者皮肤破溃处进行处理;实验组应用医用臭氧水浸泡无菌纱布后湿敷20 min+纳米银凝胶涂擦(30 min/次,2次/d),或者应用医用臭氧水浸泡20 min+纳米银凝胶涂擦(30 min/次,2次/d)。结果:对照组破溃处愈合有效率为61.53%,实验组为83.33%。实验组治疗前后舒适度评分由(61.63±9.14)提高至(76.37±8.08),对照组治疗前后平均舒适度评分由(59.63±7.23)提高至(66.12±6.12)。焦虑发生率对照组为57.69%,实验组为36.66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧水加纳米银治疗DM患者皮肤破溃的效果优于络合碘加纳米银换药治疗,可供DM患者皮肤破溃护理参考。

Abstract
Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of ozone liquid in the treatment of skin burst patients with dermatomyositis. Methods: Fifty-six patients with dermatomyositis hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an experiment group (n=30) and a control group (n=26). The control group used iodine complex disinfection with stroke-physiological saline solution cleaned and then covered by the Nano silver gel(30 min/times, 2 times/d)for treatment of DM patients with skin ulceration; the experiment group treated though hydropathic compress or soak with medical ozone liquid application for 20 min,and then covered by the Nano silver gel (30 min/times, 2 times /d). Results: The healing effective rate of the experiment group (83.33%) was higher than that of control group (61.53%); the comfort score of the experimental group before and after the treatment was 61.63±9.14 and 76.37±8.08, while the control group was 59.63±7.23 and 66.12±6.12; the incidence of anxiety was 57.69% in the control group, while only 36.66% in the experiment group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: External application of ozone liquid plus Nano silver gel is superior to iodine complex plus Nano silver gel dressing change on skin ulceration, which can be a reference for nursing of skin ulceration in DM patients.
