摘要
肌动蛋白相关蛋白2/3(actin related protein 2/3，Arp2/3)复合体参与肌动蛋白的核聚与解聚，影响细胞运动能力，在形成细胞骨架和癌细胞侵袭性伪足等过程中起着重要作用。最近的研究发现Arp2/3复合体在多种肿瘤中表达异常，并与肿瘤的发展、侵袭、转移、预后密切相关。

Abstract
Actin related protein 2/3 (Arp2/3) complex is involved in the actin nuclear disaggregation and disaggregation, affecting cell motility. It plays an important role in the formation of cytoskeleton and invasiveness of cancer cells Pseudo-foot process. Recent studies found that Arp2/3 complex abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors, and are closely related with tumor development, invasion, metastasis, prognosis.
