紫草素抗白血病机制的研究进展

摘要
紫草素是中药紫草的主要有效成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗细菌、抗病毒、促进伤口愈合等多种生物学功能。白血病作为血液系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,有多项研究结果表明紫草素具有抗白血病效应。本文就紫草素抗白血病作用及其机制进行综述,重点阐述其对白血病细胞增殖抑制、促凋亡、诱导细胞程序性坏死与促分化效应及其分子机制,为今后深入研究紫草素抗白血病效应及实现临床转化提供一定参考。

Abstract
Shikonin is one of the main active ingredients of Chinese traditional herb, Zicao, which has multiple biological functions of antitumor, anti-bacteria, anti-virus, and wound healing. Leukemia is the most common malignant disease of hematological system. A series of studies have already showed the anti-leukemia effects of shikonin. Based on current literatures, this review summarized the anti-leukemia effects of shikonin and their mechanisms. The present review focused on the effects of proliferative inhibition and inducing apoptosis, necroptosis, and cell differentiation of shikonin on leukemia cells, and their molecular mechanisms, which may be beneficial for further study and clinical translation.
