摘要

外泌体是细胞分泌的纳米级胞外囊泡，胶质瘤相关外泌体参与胶质瘤发生发展，在胶质瘤的诊 断、治疗中起重要作用，有望成为有效的胶质瘤诊断、治疗手段。

Abstract

Exosome is a kind of nanoscale extracellular vesicles. Glioma-derived exosomes a ribute to the occurrence and progression of glioma and play a significant role in the diagnosis and therapy of glioma, which obtains a high expectation in the diagnosis and therapy of glioma.
