摘要

本文综述心房颤动患者的生活质量现状及其影响因素、生活质量测评工具在心房颤动患者中的应用现状、提高心房颤动患者生活质量的干预措施的效果和存在的问题，提出延续护理和个案管理模式应在心房颤动患者中得到应用。

Abstract

This article reviews the quality of life, the use of evaluation tools and the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation, introduces the research progress of nursing, provided reference for further promotion to improve the quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation.
