内皮脂酶与疾病和肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要
内皮脂酶(endothelial lipase,EL)属于三酰甘油脂肪酶家族的一员,具有微弱三酰甘油酶活性的同时也具有很强的磷脂酶活性,在脂蛋白代谢,尤其是高密度脂蛋白的代谢中起重要的作用。近年研究表明EL的表达不仅和心血管疾病的发生发展有关,还通过对脂质的分解作用,参与调控多种脂质代谢,影响肿瘤的发生发展及预后。

Abstract
Endothelial lipase (EL) is a member of triglyceride lipase family, which has the weak triglyceride lipase activity and strong phospholipase activity. EL plays an important role in lipoprotein metabolism, especially in the metabolism of high-density lipoprotein. The expression of EL is related to the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. EL impacts the occurrence, development and prognosis of tumor by participating in the hydrolysis of lipid and the regulation of lipid metabolism.
