放射性口腔炎的治疗进展

摘要
放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率较高，严重影响患者的生活质量和治疗进度，目前认为其发病机制主要为电离辐射对DNA，口腔黏膜、唾液腺的损伤及对唾液质量的影响，包括5个相互重叠、相互影响的阶段，治疗方式多样。

Abstract
The incidence of radiation stomatitis is high, seriously affects the patients’ quality of life and the progress of treatment, its pathogenesis mainly includes the damage of DNA, oral mucosa and salivary glands and the effect of the quality of saliva by radiation. The generation of radiation stomatitis contains 5 overlapping and interplaying phases.
