股部鲍温病1例

摘要
报告1例股部鲍温病。患者男，80岁。右股部出现红色斑片10年就诊。皮肤科检查：右股部可见境界清楚的红斑，表面灰色结痂，湿润的糜烂面，面积约5 cm × 8 cm大小。组织病理检查结果符合鲍温病。

Abstract
A case of femoral Bowen disease is reported. An 80-year-old male patient presented with a history of erythema on the right thigh for 10 years. Physical examination showed well-demarcated erythema on his right thigh, with gray crusts on the surface, moist erosion surface, and size of about 5 cm × 8 cm. Histopathological examination was in accord with Bowen disease.
