关节置换术后隐性失血的研究进展

摘要
随人口老龄化的增加，越来越多的患者将面临关节置换手术。关节置换手术对患者的创伤大，极易造成术后贫血，因此关节置换术围手术期的血液管理已越来越被重视。大多数患者的术中出血量及术后引流量并不多，术后却出现了贫血征象，由此提出隐性失血的概念。

Abstract
With the increasingly serious problem of aging population, more people will have to take joint replacement which does great harm to the patients and has great tendency to cause after-operational anemia. Hence more attention has been attached to control the perioperative blood volume. However, in massive cases, the blood loss during the intraoperative period and the postoperative drainage were not much while the symptoms of anemia showed later. Thus the concept of hidden blood loss was raised.
