生物钟基因Timeless及与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要
生物钟基因的功能不仅局限于调节生物节律,更与细胞内DNA的修复、细胞的增殖等一系列过程相关联,Timeless是生物钟基因成员之一,对Timeless基因的研究起步较晚。近年来研究发现生物钟基因在多种肿瘤中普遍存在表达异常,而对Timeless研究较少。

Abstract
The function of clock genes is not only confined to adjust biological rhythm, but also has a great relationship with cell proliferation and DNA repair in cells. Timeless is a member of clock genes, but the study on Timeless started late relatively. In recent years, some study found that the circadian clock genes have an abnormal expression in a variety of tumors. But among these study, researches on Timeless are less. Therefore, this article summarized the domestic and foreign researches on Timeless for a review, and discussed the relationship between Timeless and tumor.
