摘要

目的:检测PRSS3-mRNA及lncRNA-PRSS3P2在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)及癌旁甲状腺组织中的表达特点,探讨二者在PTC中表达的临床病理意义。方法:收集2016年7至10月本院55例PTC及癌旁甲状腺组织的新鲜手术标本,应用荧光实时定量PCR检测PRSS3-mRNA及lncRNA-PRSS3P2在PTC和癌旁组织中表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:PRSS3-mRNA及lncRNA-PRSS3P2在PTC组织中表达均明显高于非肿瘤组织;PRSS3P2的表达与患者的年龄相关(P<0.05),而PRSS3与各种临床病理特征无明显相关性。结论:在PTC组织中,PRSS3-mRNA和lncRNA-PRSS3P2的表达均明显升高,这提示二者可能参与了PTC的发病过程;PRSS3-mRNA和lncRNA-PRSS3P2可以作为PTC的诊断标志物进行进一步研究。

Expression and clinical significance of PRSS3-mRNA and LncRNA-PRSS3P2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Abstract

Objective: To detect the expressions of PRSS3-mRNA and lncRNA-PRSS3P2 in PTCs and their corresponding normal thyroid tissues, and to explore the clinicopathologic significance of PRSS3 and PRSS3P2 in PTC. Methods: A total of 55 fresh tissues of PTC plus with their paired normal thyroid tissues resected between July 1 and October 31, 2016 were collected. The expressions of PRSS3-mRNA and lncRNA-PRSS3P2 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The relationship between expressions of PRSS3/PRSS3P2 and the clinicopathologic features were carefully analyzed. Results: The expression levels of PRSS3 and PRSS3P2 in PTC tissues were obviously higher than their non-tumor counterparts (P<0.05). PRSS3P2 was correlated with the age of patients (P<0.05); however, PRSS3 is not associated with the clinicopathologic features of PTC. Conclusion: The expressions of PRSS3-mRNA and lncRNA-PRSS3P2 were increased in PTC. The present findings indicate that PRSS3 and PRSS3P2 may participate the development of PTC. PRSS3-mRNA and lncRNA-PRSS3P2 can be served as two potential diagnostic markers for PTC.
