摘要

放射性胃、十二指肠黏膜损伤是上腹部肿瘤放射治疗后的严重并发症之一。随着放疗技术的发 展,肿瘤周边正常组织的受照体积和剂量已明显降低,但仍不可避免的会造成一定的损伤。胃肠 道通过机械屏障、化学屏障、生物屏障、免疫屏障的相互作用,共同维持胃肠黏膜的环境稳定, 防止有害物质的入侵。射线通过对胃肠黏膜各屏障发挥作用,进而形成放射性胃肠黏膜损伤,目 前胃、十二指肠黏膜屏障放射性改变的深层次机制研究仍在探索中。

Abstract

Radioactive gastrointestinal injury is one of the serious complications after abdominal tumor radiotherapy. With the development of radiation technology, illuminated the volume and dosage of the tumor surrounding normal tissues has been significantly reduced, but still would inevitably cause some damage. The intestinal mucosal barrier includes a mucosal mechanical barrier, a chemical barrier, a biological barrier, and an immune barrier. They interact together to maintain the stability of the gastrointestinal mucosa, to prevent the invasion of harmful substances. Radiation damage on gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier, eventually form radioactive gastrointestinal injury. Now the study of gastrointestinal injury is still in the research process.
