MiR-9与乳腺癌：真正的双向调节功能？

摘要
由于microRNA在肿瘤的发生和发展中扮演重要角色，因而人们不断寻找调控关键癌基因和抑癌基 因的microRNA。miR-9在多种人类肿瘤中表达异常，且在不同肿瘤组织中也发挥着不同的功能。 但在乳腺癌中，miR-9的表达却有着完全相反的研究数据。如果要明确miR-9在乳腺癌组织中的表 达情况，还需要进一步的研究。

Abstract
Because the microRNA play a important role in the development of the tumor, most study is aimed to find critical regulator miRNA of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. The expression of miR-9 are abnormal in some kinds of human tumors, and its function are various in different types of human tumors. However in breast cancer, the research data on the expression of miR-9 are opposite. So further studies are needed as soon as to acknowledge the expression of the miR-9 in breast cancer.
