Toll样受体在鼻炎鼻息肉中的研究进展

摘要
目前，临床上鼻炎、鼻息肉已成为鼻科最为常见的顽疾。随着对鼻炎、鼻息肉的研究,发现其病因与免疫失衡关系密切。近年来Toll样受体在鼻部及全身的免疫作用逐渐被人们所发现，大量实验结果揭示Toll样受体在鼻部疾病发挥重要作用。本文就先天性免疫中Toll样受体的结构、基本功能与鼻炎、鼻息肉及气道过敏反应关系作一综述。

Abstract
At present, the clinical rhinitis, nasal polyps has become one of the most common diseases of nasal. Along with the study of rhinitis, nasal polyps, found its pathogenesis and closely related to immune imbalance. In recent years, Toll-like receptors in the immune function of the nose and body have been found gradually, a large number of experimental results revealed that the Toll-like receptors play an important role in diseases of nose. This article reviews the Toll-like receptors of the innate immunity in the structure, basic function and rhinitis, nasal polyps and allergic airway response relationship.
