摘要

目的:检测人乳腺癌组织中SCARA5mRNA的表达情况及其在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义。方法:收 集55例乳腺癌患者的乳腺癌组织及其配对癌旁正常乳腺组织,提取总RNA,采用SYBR Green1实时 荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测SCARA5 mRNA表达情况。结果:在55例样本中,在45例患者中SCARA5 mRNA的表达下调(81.82%),在10例患者中SCARA5mRNA的表达上调,其表达差异具有统计学意 义(P<0.05),但与临床病理因素差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SCARA5基因在大部分乳腺 癌组织中表达下调,其可能在乳腺癌的发生过程发挥重要作用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of SCARA5 mRNA in human breast cancer; and explore its clinical significance. Methods: Fifty five pair samples of breast cancer and adjacent normal tissue were obtained. Total RNA was extracted and mRNA expression of SCARA5 was proceeded by real-time fluorescence quantitative RTPCR. Results: Of the total 55 pairs of sample, 45 pairs of the SCARA5 expression were down-regulated (81.82%), 10 pairs was up-regulated, statistically significant difference in the expression (P<0.05), but SCARA5 mRNA level was not associated with clinicopathological factors. Conclusion: SCARA5 gene expression in most breast cancer was reduced. Abnormally expression of SCARA5 contributes to genesis of breast cancer.
