摘要

目的:探讨延续护理对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者吸入治疗依从性的影响。方法:选择稳定期COPD患者85例,将其随机分为干预组43例和对照组42例。对照组给予常规健康教育和出院指导;干预组通过现场指导、电话随访、短信或微信提示、家庭访视、个别或群体辅导等方法实施延续护理。2组患者均随访6个月,并分别于出院后1、3、6个月采用MMAS8-item version服药依从性量表评价吸入治疗依从性。结果:出院1个月干预组与对照组吸入治疗依从性无明显区别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院3、6个月两组患者吸入治疗依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:稳定期COPD患者实施延续护理可以有效提高吸入治疗的依从性,并随着延续护理时间的延长,依从性得到不断的提高和强化。

The effects of transitional nursing care on the compliance in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by dry power inhalants

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of transitional nursing care on the compliance in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by dry power inhalants. Methods: A total of 85 patients were recruited and departed into two parts, 43 cases in the intervention group and 42 cases in the control group. The control group received routine health education and discharge guidance, and the intervention group get the transitional nursing care by the field guide, telephone follow-up, SMS or we-chat, home visits and individual or group counseling methods. All of the patients were followed up for 6 months, and were evaluated the compliance of inhalants by using MMAS8-item version after 1month, 3months, and 3months. Results: There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group after one month (P>0.05), while it showed a better compliance of inhalants in the intervention group after third and 6month (P<0.01). Conclusion: Transitional nursing care could improve the compliance of inhalants in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and with the continuation of the extended care time, compliance will be continuously improved and strengthened.
