摘要
肺转移瘤切除是胸外科的常规手术，作为晚期癌症患者个体化治疗一部分正逐渐递增。据报道， 转移瘤切除术后的5年生存率为30%~50%。由于缺乏随机对照试验(randomised controlled trial, RCT)，转移瘤切除的疗效只能基于回顾性研究进行评价。本文就目前关于肺转移瘤切除的外科治 疗现状进行综述。

Abstract
Pulmonary metastasectomy is a commonly performed operation, and as part of personalised treatment for advanced cancer is gradually increasing. Five-year survival rates of 30%~50% are recorded. In the absence of randomized trials, the efficacy of pulmonary metastasectomy only be evaluated by retrospective studies. In this review, we summarized the current treatment of pulmonary metastases.
