摘要

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸不编码蛋白质的RNA,广泛参与调控多种癌症的发生发展。肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是一种由多种病因引起的复杂疾病,研究发现lncRNA与HCC的发生发展密切相关,近年来已揭示了HCC中的一些失调的lncRNA,并已对几种lncRNA在HCC中的作用进行了探究,表明lncRNA具有HCC治疗靶点的潜力。本文对HCC中已知失调的lncRNA及HCC中lncRNA的生物学作用和潜在的分子机制进行综述,以更好地了解lncRNA在HCC中发挥其功能的分子机制,并为未来研究提供策略和方向。

Abstract

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class of RNA with more than 200 nucleotides in length. It is widely involved in regulating the development of various cancers. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a complex disease caused by a variety of causes, the study found that lncRNA and HCC development and development are closely related. Some of the dysregulated lncRNAs in HCC have been revealed in recent years and the effects of several lncRNAs in HCC have been explored. These findings suggest that lncRNA has the potential to target HCC therapy. In this paper, we reviewed the biological functions and potential molecular mechanisms of lncRNA, and the molecular mechanism of lncRNA in HCC, to help to better understand the molecular mechanism of lncRNA in HCC and to provide strategies for future research and direction.
