摘要

临床上，患者年龄≥90岁的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，DLBCL)较为罕见，目前尚缺乏标准治疗；本文报道1例病理诊断为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者，年龄90岁，予以R-COP方案化疗后病情到控制，延长了生存期，为临床高龄淋巴瘤患者治疗提供参考。

Abstract

Clinically, the incidence of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) over 90 years old is relatively rare, and standard treatments are lacking. One case aged 90 was pathological diagnosed as diffuse large B cell lymphoma. After treatment with R-COP regimen, disease got under control, and the survival time was prolonged. This provided a reference for the treatment of elderly patients with lymphoma.
