摘要

开展诊断准确性试验的过程中应注意避免偏倚，以增强研究的临床价值。本文结合诊断准确性质 量评价工具(QUADAS)，从研究对象的选择、待评价试验的执行、金标准的确定和执行、研究流 程四个方面综述了诊断准确性试验中的常见偏倚，对偏倚产生的原因进行了解析，并提出了解决 方案。

Abstract

To enhance the clinical significance of diagnostic accuracy studies, bias should be avoided. In the present review, refer to quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy studies (QUADAS), we reviewed the bias in subjects selection, index test, reference standard and flow in diagnostic accuracy studies. The sources of the bias and the potential solutions were discussed.
