地佐辛、托烷司琼预处理对减轻罗库溴铵注射痛的临床效果分析

摘要

目的:探讨在麻醉诱导时使用地佐辛和托烷司琼预处理对缓解罗库溴铵静脉注射痛的效果分析。方法:选取需要在全身麻醉下行择期手术的患者200例,同时限制ASA分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的患者。采用随机数字表达方法,将其随机分为地佐辛组(D组)、托烷司琼组(T组)、地佐辛和托烷司琼联合使用组(L组)及对照组(C组),每组50例。在全麻诱导之前,四组分别提前静脉推注地佐辛5 mg、托烷司琼5 mg、地佐辛5 mg+托烷司琼5 mg、生理盐水6 mL。2 min后开始麻醉诱导,四组给予相同的麻醉诱导药,咪达唑仑2 mg、中长链丙泊酚2 mg/kg,静推完后仔细观察,等患者睫毛反射消失后,静脉推注罗库溴铵1 mg/kg,5 s内注完,观察并记录四组注射痛的发生情况。结果:C组罗库溴铵静脉注射痛的发生率明显高于其他三组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。L组罗库溴铵静脉注射痛发生率与T组相比较也呈明显下降趋势,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛联合托烷司琼预处理可以减轻罗库溴铵的注射痛。

Pretreatment with dezocine and tropisetron to prevent injection pain of rocuronium bromide

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of pretreatment with dezocine and tropisetron to prevent injection pain of rocuronium bromide. Methods: Two hundred ASAⅠ~Ⅱgrade patients, undergoing elective surgery were divided into four groups by random digits table with 50 cases each: dezocine group (group D), tropisetron group(group T), dezocine combined with tropisetron group (group L) and control group (group C). Before induction of anesthesia, group D received dezocine 5 mg; group T received tropisetron 5 mg; group L received dezocine 5 mg and tropisetron 5 mg, group C received normal saline 6 mL. Two minutes later, general anesthesia were induced with Midazolam 2 mg and the long chain of propofol 2 mg/kg. Rocuronium 1 mg/kg were injected in 5 s when patients loss of consciousness. The injection pain of rocuronium bromide were observed and recorded. Results: Compared with group C, the injection pain of rocuronium bromide were decreased significantly in group D, group T and group L P<0.05. Compared with group L, the injection pain of rocuronium bromide were increased significantly in group T P<0.05. Conclusion: Pretreatment with dezocine 5 mg and tropisetron 5 mg is effective in reducing the injection pain of rocuronium bromide.
