摘要

小鼠睾丸间质细胞是目前医学研究的常用细胞。高纯度的分离、纯化及体外培养小鼠睾丸间质细 胞对于相关研究的开展至关重要。本文对目前常用的几种小鼠睾丸间质细胞分离、纯化和体外培 养方法以及各类方法的原理进行了综述。

Abstract

Mouse leydig cell is one of the most common experimental materials in current research, so the highly efficient isolation, depuration and culture in vitro of the cell have important significance. This paper overviews the current status of some methods of isolation, depuration and culture in vitro of the leydig cells, and portrays the principle of these methods respectively.
